Good mail day! I purchased this guy from Ebay and he just arrived. I'm no expert on vintage Halloween things (and tbh it feels weird to think of 90s stuff at "vintage"), but this appears to be a Gemmy-style jack o'lantern foam blow mold. I'm not sure it's a genuine Gemmy, there's no mark on it anywhere with that name, but it has a face similar to ones they were making in the 90s.
This one is battery operated (3 AAs) and has 3 modes: Off, blinking light, and sound-sensor blinking light with sound, a voice saying Happy Halloween with spooky laugh.
